About the JDF
(LE-JDF)
The Journal des Frontières is an independent media outlet that explores the human, social, and economic dynamics linked to migration, borders, and contemporary mobility. Through its reports, investigations, visual chronicles, and testimonies, JDF gives a voice to those whose voices are too rarely heard: migrants, families, field workers, and local communities.
Our vision
We believe that borders are not just geographical lines, but also human realities made up of dreams, challenges, and hopes. JDF is committed to telling the story of migration differently—far from clichés, as close as possible to lived realities.
