Human Rights Watch is calling on African countries to refuse to accept undocumented migrants deported from the United States. Agreements have been reached with several countries on the continent. Ghana, Rwanda, South Sudan, and Eswatini have received people returned by Washington in recent weeks. The human rights organization denounces these agreements as opaque and illegal.
